We bought a 2019 Prime Time Crusader fifthwheel 39RKT, trading in an older diesel pusher. Like almost any new fifth wheel, it had several problems that needed fixing. On three separate occasions we had a list of warranty issues and made an appointment with the service team. I cannot tell you how great their service team is. They got right to work on it, kept us informed of their progress and usually got it done before promised. And the important thing is, they got it done right. The more I read of other owners having real problems with their dealers, the more I am grateful I bought my rig at Dave’s. Btw, we full time so we were homeless while it was in the shop. They really did their best to get it in and out of the shop. Thanks Dave’s.
Purchased a 2017 Sanibel 5th Wheel in November of last year. We took it in for some warranty/service work yesterday. This was all minor repair stuff including replacement of a decal that was wrinkled when we took delivery. There was also a repair/adjustment of one of our slides that had slipped out of alignment.rnrnThe service department did a great job and had everything done before noon. Kept us plugged-in to a shoreline to keep the refrigerator cold. Very courteous and helpful. Our first experience with Daves service department was great. They met our every expectation. Thanks guys! we been looking since 2010 ,daves was the first place we started norman wheelen asked too help us . tomake short they kept there word on every thing and our new 2012 salem cruise has not had a break since purchase thanks everybody, glenn and lorri mohr
This is the first RV that my wife and I have owned. Our salesman, Will, we had visited with over a year ago. We told him that we were not going to purchase until Feb 2011. He was very helpful and not pushing to make a sale. We came in several times to look around and try to find the best fit for us. Will invited us to several R.V. shows at the Q.T. Center in Tulsa and we did go. We spoke with several different dealers and looked at many 5th wheels that we liked. But we always found our way back to DAVES RV. In Aug of 2010 our bank was doing some great financing so we started to get more serious about our purchase. I called Will up and told him that we were coming back by to look around a little more. I also brought with me several print outs from your web site of 5th wheels we wanted to look at. When we arrived Will told us that he had one he wanted us to see first. It is a Wildcat 31TS, after working with us for months he knew what we were looking for. After seeing several About 15 Will was correct we purchased the Wildcat 31TS. We could not be happier. After our first trip out, just like anything new there are a few bugs to work out. We needed to bring our Truck and Trailer back to the service department for some very minor repairs. I will tell you this I have been a vehicle maintenance field for almost 29 years and a fleet manager for 3 and the service we have received from Dave Service MGR and his staff is incredible. I know how it is to deal with a customer and their your service is top notch.
Thanks to Freddy and Will for making our purchase of our new Salem 292FKDS a total joy. We have made our first trip and leave next week for the second trip. Spent a great couple hours at the Gala and won a GREAT recliner chair.
Do not ever let Greg Carleton quit or move...he's been taking care of our 2003 Kountry Star motor home since we bought it new at Dave's RV...I do a lot of my own maintenance because of cost and our location--50 miles from anywhere...I decided to change the Freightliner chassis batteries and got the cables mixed up and it wouldn't start....I called Greg and he went and took pictures of a Kountry Star you had and the lot and sent them to me by e-mail--took 5 minutes to fix the problem....We're leaving for South Texas this Friday and our trip definitely would have been delayed if the motor home would not start....We still love our Pusher now but someday we will buy a new one...Dave's will be the first place we shop when we do buy just because of the great service we've received from Greg in the past and today...thanks again...Ed Walden, Stilwell, Oklahoma
Just purchased a Cherokee Toy Hauler 19RR from Daves. Notified them by Email that I was looking for one. They called on a Sunday afternoon within an hour of inquiry letting me know they had one. I went in expecting the Used Car Salesman approach, and was pleasantly surprised. One of the nicest, professional, sales for a big ticket item that I have had. Top notch service through sales, finance, service, and parts sales. Five stars all the way.
